I need to transfer about 20Mil from 1 account to another.

Approximately how long would it take, and what method should I use?

 

Idk of any, check the Rs guides section under the black market. You might have to purchase a method. With a good method, you should be able to transfer that all within an hour though. Best of luck to you.
