buy an item which can ONLY be bought for the least amount (the person or account who wants/needs cash should do this)

the other account then buys that item for mid price with the old rs trading system.

its that easy you guys.

Can you maybe give a list of items that this works for also. And a rough estimate of how much you can transfer an hour.

For example, you want to transfer 1M. With your method, you can only transfer let's say, 5% of the item price everytime...

It does work, but can be time consuming depending on how much money the players have

 

depends, if you transferd with p hats it could take minutes.
if you transferd with rune plateskirt (G) it could take months.
