    That's a Russian police officer, it's he's trying to get the guy out of the car. I'm russian. The guys that are talking are saying how the guy is basically out of his mind and crashing into any car he sees.

    Well obviously.. lol.

    He could have killed several people like that, luckily he only hit about 4 cars?

    What else could he have done? He wasted time and money for absolutely no reason. I agree with what the officer said, they should have killed/should kill him.

    No matter what someone does, it is no excuse for police brutality. They are officers of the law meant to uphold the law, not be the ones causing the violence. I saw the "police officer" kick the guy numerous times, Is he trying to pull him outta the car and onto the ground with his foot? didn't think so..

    AND KILL A GUY BECAUSE OF SOME RECKLESS DRIVING? comeon...


    unnecessary force.
