And besides—no one wants to run! Can’t say I blame them. No one I’ve ever met likes running. Except runners. And no matter what they tell you they don’t like it either. The commercials that have the hot chick running along the beach with her dog smiling are lies. All the runners I see on my drive to work are miserable old fat bastards who look like they hate life. The only other runners I see are my running sport athletes who are getting the crap beat out of them doing agility or conditioning with me. And they don’t like it either – trust me.
I have a treadmill, not that it gets used much. I prefer to walk backwards on it while watching tv if i do use it lol.
Nice thats a fair distance, id probably use to do that over 2 seasons because majority of it was speed work since i trained for middle distance =s i like running alot its more then what it seems. I just always liked how you can change your fitness levels so dramatically and keeping fit made me feel better mentally.
I would honestly do about 7-12km on Tuesday and Thursday at training then in my own time do a 8km run i mapped out and on Sundays we did around 20km-25km max. So thats around 35km+ a week at the least which isnt to bad.
I love running. If I could I would run for the rest of my life. Guess its true since I am into working out and sports, but still running is fun. Eh would rather fly though. Wings please?
