Runescape NOW

I haven't played Runescape and forever and I'm thinking about coming back. I have a few questions before I do.

First off If I want to come back I want to buy an account since I sold my main. Is player auctions actually legit? Like If I buy the account from there do I not have to worry about it getting recovered?

And second off hows the state of Runescape? Is it fun still? I'm prob gonna pvp and such but this combat update looks like shit? I play WoW now and if I go to rs I don't want it to be like WoW lol. So is it promising?

 

no accounts , whoever sells it to you, is 100% safe, every single runescape account can be recovered by the original owner so keep that in mind when buying an acc. as for Player Auction being legit with accounts i have no idea, they have been legit with RSGP sell/buy when i used them tho.

 

if you mentoring buying an account, i wouldn't suggesst you buying from PA, since you don't really know much about the seller

The only person I'd ever buy an account from is video. He's legit as they come, and he has a policy for if you get recovered or something along the lines of that (what I've heard anyways)

Edit; just twigged your a non-donator, oops. Basically, most people's opinions are stay away from Rs, others say the game has changed but only money wise.

RS is shit now because the economy is exactly like the US economy. 99% of people have like 100m or less, the 1% hold 5B+ EACH at any given time. I personally have like 5m on a cmb 128. There are no GOOD ways to make rsgp unless you scam/hack/phish. NNew weapons that you can only get by doing hundreds of hours of quests and skills are way overpowered. the weapons/armor that you can just buy, like the really good ones cost billions.

RwnRS2 makes one statement, Area 11 says the exact opposite I thoroughly enjoy the game, whether the economy is the best it has ever been or the worst. There will always be critics so you must draw your own conclusions by playing yourself. Please do not let others opinions completely overrule your decision to login and see for yourself. And Video does have a trusted account shop (he's part of staff by the way). I_DONT_BOT already recommended his shop, but I second that idea. From my past experiences, it is best to purchase an account from someone in a community such as this because you can review their activity since they created an account here. Where as for Player Auctions, it's completely inpersonal when it comes to account buying/selling. That's also my personal take on PA, someone may think differently but then again I highly doubt it. I suggest trying to buy an account from a trustworthy person on sythe, much more reliable and probably cheaper too than those chinese gold farmers.
