RuneScape Mouse Keys

Hello, is it possible to configure RuneScape mouse keys like that: Stun -> Dummy? If it is, can anyone help me to set it up please?

Can you explain more? there are many autoclickers that can move according to coordinates, just google it.

 

there is a rsbot auto dummy cursor, it is much more reliable and a lot safer than what you are suggesting

 

What I mean is:
1. I click number 7 on my keyboard and it click's on stun.
2. I click number 8 on my keyboad and it is using stun on dummy.
The point is: I'm not macroing by doing that, but with this method I don't have to stun using my mouse. It's much easyer (just like alching, using laptop mouse button). Can anyone tell me more about RuneScape Mouse Keys please, it's very usefull. You can bury bones or do anything with it.
