    I heard you can get a web server which has no IP so when you do a recovery test it doesn't auto deny you because you're from a different country.

    Can someone explain this to me please.

    Every thing that connects to the internet has an ip, it seems like your trying to recover an account that isn't yours, I wouldn't do that.

    There are IP Blockers, but every internet connection has an IP.
