Runescape Membership Problem

So for the past few days, I have been trying to buy membership with paypal on one of my accounts and one of my friends. It also always says payment declined. At the bottom, it was stating I needed a verified paypal, so I had septicon help me. Same results happened, but it said payment could not go through. Next I had one of my good friends try to buy it via his debit card and his payment couldn't go through. Anyone else is having this problem?

 

Yeh this has been a problems over the past few week's, i've had it and also i've seen several post's about it. I just randomly tried it again a couple of hour's later and it worked.

Oh dude I asked about this a few days ago. Missed bonus xp entirely because of it =(. It still hasn't worked for me its been over 4 days now. Guess its a sign I shouldn't get back to playing after all lol.

wow guess its not just me, one of my friends got a prepaid card and that worked. Ill try that for now

 

I have been having this problem for over a week now. I emailed Jagex at their billing support center, and the Mod said the payments failed due to a failed security check. My Paypal account is verified, but It was recently hacked causing a lengthy dispute process, which I believe is the reason for the payment failures.
