Don't require a picture if we don't require a picture for gold sales. If someone sells there selling purple phat and need a picture and get locked, they go to gold and say selling 1b. I say forgot the picture it doesn't make a differnence.

My suggestion is either make EVERYONE show proof for gold sales and item sales or make no one show proof.

I thought you didn't need a picture for gold sales?

You don't. So, if someone says there selling a purple phat and they need a pic they'll just go to gold sales and say selling 1b. Why wouldn't it need a pic.

either make both make a pic or neither. It doesn't make sense.

This makes a surprising lot of sense. Gold shouldn't be treated differently than items, as gold = items in a way.

I don't think this should be allowed. If somebody's selling a cracker, they generally should show the picture. For proof.

And on the matter of gold sales, new sellers should generally have to show some kind of proof.

No, this isn't for you to get on your high horse as you always do regarding new sellers.

If they get closed then they can go to gold and say selling 5b. It doesn't make a fucking difference.

Thing is, peoples stock changes alot, so taking a picture every time would be alot of work. With an item, it's one picture, then that's it until you sell it. With gold, if you have 1B stock, and you are selling in increments of 50M, that's alot of pictures. However, if you have some like puu.sh or screensnapr, it would be quite easy. For these reasons, I am going to say agreed, but only for a number above x amount.

There obviously not required to change a picture if they lose stock . Some people have a screen shot in itesm of phats and santas then they say X sold and a update picture isn't needed.

New sellers should not be treated any differently then old sellers, but i think its unreasonable to ask for a gold picture, because you will constantly have to update it which potentially means taking many different pictures throughout the day, and thats just a pain in the ass. an item is a one time sale, you cant sell it to multiple people

The thing is that if you know photoshop at all it is extremely easy to fake a picture. I can find a gold stack on google and just drop it into my own inventory with just a couple of tweaks in PS. So with that, I am going to say no support.

Alright, so if you don't need a picture of gold why of items since it is gold?

Items are not gold, items are worth gold. Gold is gold.

You seem to think that posting a picture of a gold stack is going to prevent scamming. It isn't. Plain and simple showing a screenshot of anything really proves nothing.

If you were on say, eBay, and you wanted to buy an iPhone, but the selling thread had no pictures. Would you buy it? Didn't think so...
Gold is different, because gold stock fluctuates all the time.
Also, party hats are a lot more rare than gold, so it would be beneficial for the buyer to see that they actually have the item.

If it was something like a Santa, i would just sell the hat and then sell the gp >.> I don't see the point of selling an item on sythe unless its value exceeds the trade limit...

I do not support, many gold stocks are changing frequently, if someone say they have 1000M in stock and just sold 50M, they'll have to retake the pictures of the gold, it will make the sellers alot more busy.
