    Ok I recently bought an account from a different blackmarket. I level 137. Ok, I sent my appeal and got the account. After around 14 hours the account got recovered, the person didn't know the email but still managed to get the account back. I changed it again, I changed recovs and email AGAIN, do you still think he can get back? Please elaborate

    Wait, don't you need the 3 earliest passwords? I already have 3 earliests.
    I bought a Target Pre paid Runescape card, around 2 hours ago, but doesn't it matter if its the earliest information?
