Runecrafting Help?

I want to get 75 Runecrafting F2P, What are the best ways? What is the estimated amount of Ess i will need? I will be trying to get runecrafting gloves from Fist Of Guthix, Right now i'm level 27 Rc and i'm crafting airs as we speak.

Also is there any good free scripts with powerbot.org to youse? I'm using AIOAirRune or something like that, that came with the powerbot. I'm looking for good scripts and good exp.

I would do airs all the way to 75

Be warned, it will take a LOOONG time with just airs

 

So what should I do then?

 

Do earths. About the same distance from bank to altar if I remember right, it gives more xp and it's worth more.
