rune pure

hi im just wondering what are the remaining quests you need to do on a turmoil pure to get from 30-40 def?

i dont want 45 btw just 40 and the guides i have found dont make it clear.

so if someone could list the quests i need that would be awesome

The only major quests that are different between the two are to get the Venge spell (requires lunar spellbook) and "barrows" gloves:

Lunar Diplomacy (requires Fremennik Trails, which gives def xp)
RFD fully completed (requires Nature Spirit, Heroes' Quest, and Dragon Slayer which give def xp)

 

i have both Barrows gloves and venge on my rune turm pure. sorry i cant exactly remember which quests i left out, but i have all the major quests completed. You wont miss out on anything at 40 def minus void (42 def) and zerk helm.
