    i was gonna just look up each quest etc but does anyone know if i can get rune gloves with and stay 1 attack or not? im not worried about def just attack.

    Nah man. You'd have to do the Gnome quest line, which gives a fair bit of Attack XP.

    no already looked sir i believe i can get rune gloves with 1 attack i just get defence xp. if im wrong then crap

    The maximum RFD gloves one attack can get is addy's.

    All good obby tanks will have addy's but tbh obby tanks are only worth it with max strength gear.
