Is this a rule?

For example, if there is a guide in the User Educator section on how to download and use Limewire, are we allowed to make another guide about the exact same thing as long as we don't rip or not?

 

You can use it. No problem. Wrong section though, you're begging to get stupid answers.

Actually, they changed the rule recently, and you're allowed to copy and paste large parts as the guide, so long as 10% of the guide is written by yourself.
