Rule Clarification

I recently applied for a name change and meet every single req for a major name change other than paying 200$ for it. Come someone please clarify why a name change is valued at 200$??? People make accounts not ever expecting to actually get into sythe businesses. Charging 200$ for a name change stops people from creating shops under a business name. Let’s be real how many people starting a shop have 200$ to just drop on something like this.

 

Gotcha from what I understood is you can’t just make new account because of the IP?

 

And they no longer voluntarily ban accounts for you
