So i have a rsps server that i want to start up and i also have a dev with a website developer. My question to the community of sythe is.

Now i know some of you guys are wow this noob but this is a question that i really want to ask. I dont really want to spend a lot of money on a hosting provider to run my small server. If anyone could help me with this that is great.

My price range is 20$-40$ a month right now.
