You don't need membership on the account you create because it's brand new and it's the first name for it.

 

I don't see it being 100m+ in all honesty as other say.

Not sure how much is it though, I don't dabble much in names.

But I do know that not all names suit everyone.

So some will be willing to pay more for that then others.
