RSCA Help..

    My story in short:
    Basically, I bought a 1 week iBot key from rscheata.net for $5. It said it would take up to 15 minutes (I used paypal) for the auth to arrive in my email inbox.

    Nearly an hour later and the auth still hadn't arrived, so I e-mailed them asking what I should do. Another 2 hours went by and I still hadn't got the key and I hadn't got an email reply.

    So then I did something foolish. I opened a dispute regarding the payment on paypal, asking for them to send me a key or refund me. 7 Hours after purchasing, they finally emailed the key. I was about to close the dispute, then I found that the key had been disabled. I refreshed my email inbox to find a new email saying the key had been disabled, they had refunded my payment and I am now blacklisted from the site.

    But, they never did refund me. The dispute is still open and the auth key is still banned. I emailed them about 7-8 hours ago, but I am yet to hear back from them.

    So, what do I do? Do I escalate the paypal claim, get a refund and buy from elsewhere? Or should I wait for a response? I get the feeling I'm not going to get one.

    Well If they did not refund you, I would escalate your paypal dispute.

    I think I'm going to, although I'd still like to use their bot.

    PayPal will not refund you for virtual items, I think we all here on Sythe found that out one way or another. I think your just skrewed if you wan't my honest opinion. I'm sure if you really really tried you could get your refund somehow.

    First of all, you could make a new paypal address and buy it.

    I'm pretty sure ibot pro don't come in auths? When i bought it like 2 months ago all i did was go to their site and the cache or something like that put the auth in my botclient. I'm not able to remove it either cuz i dont have an auth.

    Or try emailing them and explain what happened.

    I emailed them and they said as soon as I close the dispute, I will be re-issued with a new auth code. The dispute has been closed and I have emailed them telling them what has happened, and the dispute has now been closed.

    So now I just wait and see, I guess.
