rsc-rs2?

Hello, i recovered a account when i logged in it said "welcome to runescape" exactly the same as when you log into a brand new account,
this account had like 75 fish and stuff,
does this mean this account also got 75 fish in rsc?
and can it have other stuff in rsc bank then rs2 bank or the same?
like,i don't understand
