rsc account

so i havnt logged on rsc for about 5 months or so but i read the runescape classic guide on runescape.com and it says if u looged on 1 time between august 2003 and something 2005 you still have an active rsc account

im wondering if there is anyone that quit for awhile and still got there account back because i dont want to buy members to play rs2
