RsBots shutting down?

Ok, so I know they shut down.
But my real question is..
Are rsbots accounts botting in threat of becoming banned?

RSBots is not RSBot. RSBot got shut down by Jagex, but they made a new website with a different name: http://www.powerbot.org/vb/.

And to answer your question, no: Jagex's take-over of their previous website didn't cause any bans (That I know of).
