RS wont work

Ok so i got a new laptop for Christmas and rs wont work on it. The screen will turn white and the java loading screen will pop up but it will never load. Ive tried several times, any ideas?

 

download the new java.
Laptops are slow, wait on it and go down and there is a box at bottom on the blue bar at very bottom of laptop pull it up and should say run.
Try doing other stuff.

Cant get the new Java, i work on dial up so no dling for me. Ill try some stuff.

 

If you can't get the new java you can't play Runescape. Simple as that

 

Well, my laptop has the the update before this one. My desktop doesnt even have that and it still plays fine....... is it just that i need to wait and see if it will work?

 

so wait u CANT download new java..uhh delete ur cookies? uhm do wut u would normally do b4 u get on frugoo or other Clients, idn wut to tell ya bud but i dont think ur gunna be able to get on rs with your laptop :\ well i wish you best of luck, try virus scanning your computer, delete all History, AND Cookies and Reboot? Maybe? idn its just a couple ideas GL

 

You must have a crap java

 

As I understood you can't download Java? Try download the install file from another computer and transfer it?
Else you could try delete your RuneScape cache.

 

Go to the runescape main page, and click one of the tabs and click technical problems.

It'll tell you some methods you can use to fix it.
