RS Quest Question

I recently decided that im going to get the Quest achievement cape, simply because I am way too lazy to get a stat to 99, and because I dont even have time to get a stat to 99. (military in less than a month)

I am a decent way to finishing all the quests. I have all the really hard ones done. (Legends, DT, Monkey Madness, etc.)

I was wondering if anyone had a list of the stats I would need to do ALL quests.

I need to know the minimal stats I would have to have to do all the quests without having to train anymore.

i have the quest cape and it is awesome... unfortunately when new quests come out i cant wear it anymore =( im missing 1 quest atm because my agility level isnt high enough, its the within the light
