RollerCoaster Tycoon 2

Who else has played countless hours? Probably one of the best games in the "tycoon" series ever.

 

My goodness, brings back memories. I used to be so evil and make mazes, and I would stick a "Do not enter" sign at the entrance, and at the end there was bathrooms, food stands and a few games. Evil me had tons of fun.

 

I used to make go kart tracks big enough it would take over 56 min to ride them.

 

Oh man, always made that one food court section and overpriced everything lol.

 

Making a great park and putting Do Not enter signs so they have like 5 blocks to move... then putting a $2 or so restroom... good times

Awesome game. I hated Zoo tycoon though, except when my animals escaped hehehe.

Yea I loved that game, I tried the 3rd one also but wasn't really as fun.

 

Once they went 3d in the third game I gave it up. I hated 3d.

 

This brings me way back. Great game.

Judging by the posts, no one here would make a good god.

 

One of the games I enjoyed playing in my childhood. I haven't beat the game yet...

 

Wow, I remember this. I use to make awesome parks, might try download it later the original one of course.

Edit - Just looked on ebay to try find the first one and its like 10 pounds which is 15 bucks, pretty expensive considering 2 and 3 are only like 3 pounds. Might buy one for old times sake.

 

My goal was to have 225+ attractions and 5,000+ happy guests at once....that took some serious effort.

 

I remember playing RCT1 for hours on end lol. Me and my buddy would play non-stop almost. Between RCT and C&C:RA2 - I had a lot of good times with old games haha

Probably the best RC game, since 3 sucked megaballs and I stupidly bought it when it was released. I've even got Wacky Worlds and the other expansion, which I think is to do with water rides.

Personally, I prefer the first to RC2. It's probably just because I had so many hundreds of hours into the first one and was too used to the interface and little things... I have played a bit of it though. RC3 just plain sucks, unfortunately
