Restting Apple Firmware password

This is a complete long shot but does anyone know how to reset or remove a firmware password on a Macbook air 2012 model. Or know of anyone/anywhere that can do this for me.

 

I would assume you have no idea what the current password is, if so you may want to go to an Apple Authorized Service Provided, or Retail Store.

You could try calling Apple care and speaking to a Senior adviser, but it is unlikely they can do anything. (if you are outside of warranty expect to pay)
