Please see the following evidence of another discord server advertising services that have actually happened on our discord as their own.

Conflicting information around UIDs so I have included the UID I have gotten from discord, and also the one he has posted saying new.

Hi Zulu, happy to clarify what happened here.

As you summarized, Lagq is a worker associated with both OSRS Machines and BILS Services. Lagq has worked with me for years and, due to that long-standing trust, he has permission to post his own Infernal/Quiver work in our #infernal-quiver channel without requiring individual approval from me for every post.

After reviewing the report, my understanding is that Lagq personally completed the order in question through OSRS Machines and later posted the images himself in the BILS #infernal-quiver channel.

I did not complete this order, ask Lagq to post it, provide him with the screenshots, or know at the time that the screenshots came from an order placed through OSRS Machines. I also did not review or specifically approve this particular post before it was published.

I want to make one point particularly clear: the screenshots were not taken from another worker's work and reposted by me. Lagq himself was the person who performed the work shown in the screenshots and then independently posted images of work that he personally completed.

I also want to clarify an important detail regarding where these images were posted. BILS has a completely separate channel specifically called #completed-orders, and these images were never posted there.

They were posted only in the #infernal-quiver channel dedicated to Lagq's own Infernal/Quiver work. Therefore, these screenshots were not submitted to our completed-orders channel as proof of a BILS customer order.

The context of the post is also important. Lagq did not write anywhere that this was completed for a BILS customer, nor did he use the post to encourage anyone to place an order with BILS. There was no wording such as "completed for another BILS customer," "order with us," or anything similar. He was simply sharing images of work that he personally performed.

He was able to post it because trusted workers have posting permissions in their respective showcase channels, and their individual posts are not manually reviewed by me beforehand.

That being said, I understand that seeing the same work displayed in two different service servers could still create confusion regarding where the order originated.

Once this report brought the origin of this particular post to my attention, I immediately removed the disputed post and formally instructed Lagq that work completed through another service must not be posted in BILS service-showcase channels again. This has also been clarified internally going forward.

I take responsibility for correcting content that appears in a channel operated by my business. However, I respectfully disagree with characterizing these circumstances as BILS knowingly or intentionally falsely advertising an OSRS Machines customer order as our own.

There was no instruction from me to obtain or repost work from OSRS Machines, I did not specifically approve this post, and I had no knowledge of its origin prior to this report. This was a trusted worker independently posting work that he personally performed using permissions he had held for years without any previous issue of this nature.

For completeness, I also reviewed the OSRS Machines worker rules that were available to me. I could not find an explicit rule stating that a worker is prohibited from using screenshots of work they personally performed elsewhere.

Regardless of whether such an internal rule existed, I have now explicitly prohibited this practice within BILS because I understand the confusion it can create.

I would also respectfully bring the applicable Sythe rule to staff's attention. The current False or Misleading Advertising rule states that it is intended for legitimate customer complaints and that direct market competition may not report another competitor for violating that rule.

The reporter identifies himself in this thread as an admin of OSRS Machines, which operates directly in the same service market as BILS. I understand that staff may still review any conduct they consider relevant, but I believe this provision is relevant when determining whether this specific report falls under the False or Misleading Advertising rule.

I am not raising that point to avoid responsibility for moderating my own server. I have already removed the post and taken action to prevent this from happening again.

I am simply asking that the allegation be judged based on the actual circumstances:

Lagq personally performed the work shown.
Lagq personally posted the images.
The images were not posted in BILS' #completed-orders channel.
They were posted only in Lagq's Infernal/Quiver showcase channel.
The post never claimed that the order belonged to a BILS customer.
The post contained no wording encouraging customers to order from BILS.
I did not request or specifically approve the post.
I was unaware of the origin of the images.
Once I became aware of the situation, I removed the post and prohibited the practice going forward.
