@Skilled Services , Yirru contacted us on Discord at xx:30 to say that you had stopped replying. Then, at xx:40, I saw that you were 'managing personal details 3 minutes ago', while Yirru waited for a response for about 20 more minutes.

If possible, could you please comment on this?

 

I understand if you go AFK, and get busy, or simply forget. That can happen.

I observed someone managing your personal details twice while you did not respond to the customer who sent you $1,930 via PayPal. If I understood the evidence correctly, approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes passed between the time the transaction was sent and the time you replied (after a report was opened). You viewed your personal details page at least twice in the meantime. When confronted about it, you could not explain how that happened.

I will not dig into it further, and there is not enough evidence that you attempted a scam. However, I find it to be suspicious enough to warrant a TWC.

You may dispute the TWC in a month of time.
