I sent $158 USD via zelle and within two hours of playtime the account was locked. I reached out to jagex and they cannot help me since I am not the original owner. I'm basically down $158 USD please help me. Hey, looking for help from sythe mods please. First time this has happened so needing some insight. Will post responses from Jagex and show ticket in a moment.

 

Account was rested for several months and last logged into by myself 17 days ago to check it was good to list for sale. Customer bought account and 2 hours after delivery it was locked. Customer did upgrade it to jagex launcher and trade gold over from alt. Not 100% sure if its a RWT lock. However no password reset arrived to any of the emails which happens with accounts locked due to RWT (they basically become banned after 3-7 days). As I have no experience with jagex accounts I advised the customer to reach out to jagex support as he has his other accounts on the same launcher and they said this:
