Explanation of trade: Buying RSPS for crypto x amount for $107 (2.03 LTC), after complete the sale his seller got banned, I've ask for refund, we was going to wait if they have another seller but market dry atm, so they refunded 1.93 LTC, I told them to refund me the 2.03 and he refused, Is an insignificant amount but I think isn't the rigth way to handle with a customer:

ive contacted on discord too and asked for ltc but no response

 

however i think it might be an exchange thing like coinbase stuff, anyhow im happy to oblige to the extra ltc and make this right/get it over with
