I spoke with @Skilled Services via discord and he confirmed that @Iron Seller had disclosed that he was the original owner of the account before and after the trade occurred. While it might be difficult to unlock the account due to it being made on a proxy, it does not mean that @Iron Seller is not the original owner.

The account was sold on July 29th, 2025 and the account was locked 32 days later on August 30th, 2025. The terms of service that customers are required to acknowledge/agree to upon creating a ticket in the server state that if you register your own email address on the account the warranty period is 1 month. This trade is unfortunately outside of the warranty period so we would not be able to force @Iron Seller to refund this transaction.
