    Hi, i got scammed today for approximately $30. bought a account from G0gogoG0 on sythe. I paid via crypto btc. He got the btc and he gave me the account details i changed it to my email a few minutes later when i changed the pass I couldn't login to my account i tried to recover by sending a pass forgot request and i didnt receive a email link to the email account where i changed password. I got a picture of the transaction and video by me sending him money and copying his UID and checking his sythe profile. I want my money back it's about $30.

    Explanation of the trade: i was suposed to get a account i had it and after i changed password i couldnt recover the account and the password didnt work
    How they scammed: i think he recovered it or someone stole it a minute later

    Terms of Service that was agreed to: I didnt agree to any terms of service but this is what i read on his account selling section 'm not responsible for any rollbacks/bans or mutes during/after the service.
    2. I won't start the service until you pay for it.
    3. You must change your password after I completed my service.
    4. I have the right to decline any orders.
    5. After the service started no refund will be given.
    6. By posting on this thread/or messaging me in any way you accept my ToS.
    7. If you login/change password during the service without my permission I will be allowed to break up the service and you won't get a refund.

    From what I've gathered this is the timeline for the events regarding this report;
    • You secured your email address on the account
    • You changed the account's password
    • You attempted to log in with your new password that you set and were unable to login
    • You sent a password change request to the email address you secured onto the account but did not receive a password reset link

    1. Is the above timeline accurate?
    2. Did you import the account to a jagex launcher?
    3. Have you checked your spam/junk email folders for any emails from Jagex?

    @tomrs07 if you were able to recover the account with the email you registered during the sale that means the account was not recovered by @GOgogoGO.

    It does not appear that any scam has occurred here as you stated your recovery attempt was successful. I would advise reaching out privately to @GOgogoGO if you wish to negotiate any kind refund, but based on the evidence provided here a refund will not be mandatory.
