Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Probemas advertises their website on every thread/post. On their website, they clearly have a link to In-Game Services, albeit, they may not have a thread on Sythe, this does not mean that they are not advertising it at all.

As Pikachu said, and I quote; "it's fully operated and managed by another user who already received a punishment", this would indicate that Probemas is in cahoots with "bad actors" and is inadvertently advertising services which is owned, operated and managed by a 3rd party (Partnership, not worker) whom has a DNT and clearly advertises his website link all through out Sythe which has the link to their services.

Take it in this stance, lets say a gambling sponsor of Sythe advertises their website on a banner, but they have a option on their webpage for selling DDOS/RAT tools (blackhat violations), but don't offer it on Sythe directly, but advertises their link on Sythe from which users can access those tools and purchase them. Would you consider that advertisement?

Just seems like a double standard in my opinion. Rules are too vague, "precedent" is always overwriting the rules provided, etc. Can we just get an overall in depth rules update? Debt or no debt, DNT is a DNT.

MyPvM has played the victim card for too long and truth has come to light. Let's focus on that and give the bad actors what they deserve.
