Sorry for rushing President but is this still under review or can i collect my dues. I have rent coming up.

We gave Shans access again to our Discord and he is requesting payment for his tickets.

We are calculating pending tickets that he has done, after the pending tickets have been payed his deposit will be refunded in full.

 

Can you tell me how long this will take lucky? The manager is not replying for some reason. Its been 22 hrs or so.

 

Not too sure he has issues with connection atm.

 

Bro its been 3 days with his connection issues. Cant he use his phone to to check discord?

 

I agree, it's taken long enough. Lucky has the final responsibility for his server, and I told him to pay you or make sure you get paid at the very least (he can figure out how he does that). He can offset the debt with his manager internally if he chooses to.

 

Yes its a bit of a mess figuring out all the partial tickets that he has done, figuring it out now.

 

All pending tickets have been payed. Deposit he will receive in 2 days (as per terms of service)

 

Got my deposit back plus all my unpaid dues.

@Lucky Charm realizes that what happened should never have happened and that he has the final responsibility as he is the owner of the server. Having said that, he was cooperative, assertive in asking feedback, and is going to work on preventing these type of problems from happening again. All parties are satisfied, and this matter can be considered resolved.
