Explanation of the trade:

Part 1:
I added Elevement on discord on 01/04/2022.
We agreed on 35-80 mining via MLM for $35 BTC
The time frame agreed was around one week.



Part 2:
I sent the payment and Elevement confirms he receives it:



He then does not respond for over a day and eventually explains he had personal issues going on. I then ask for a refund if he would not be able to complete the work in a timely manner because of his issues. He then states he can finish the work in five and half days (this being sent on 03/04/2022 which means around 8th or the 9th of April). I then decide not to go forward with trying to get a refund and decided to allow him to continue with the service.



Part 3:
As of 09/04/2022 (5/6 days) he has gone from 35-61 mining. He has over 1.6 million XP left until the service is complete with the ETA already missed. He has been averaging around 50k xp a day based on the XP he has completed meaning it would take over a month at this rate to finish...

How they scammed:
Elevement and I came to an agreement that the service would be complete around 7 days. After his absence we agreed on 5 and a half days on the 3rd of April. It is now the 9th of April and the service is not even half way complete.

To resolve this issue I think that it is only right that I receive a refund for remaining work I paid for but did not receive in the time frame we discussed.
