Four days ago I found chicks site on the Sythe forums and tried to purchase an account, after paying for the first account they told me it was no longer in stock & asked if I could pick another one, the second account I picked was more expensive and I agreed to pay the difference. Two days after purchasing the account it was recovered so I reached out to them on the site and they told me I could not get a refund because the original email address had been changed however they did offer to try and return the account. They asked for 48 hours and its been longer and I haven't gotten a reply I even messaged chick directly on here. I feel straight up robbed & don't understand how I don't qualify for a refund. Thanks for the help. I only blurred my email and last 4 of my card.

 

Hey, we discussed in company, we will give full refund or replacement, just come to chicksgold and we can resolve this.
