They did not provide us with email access so we can re-secure the account and return it to our customer.

 

You didn't tell me I had to dickhead you asked for the log in info. I've sent them yet another email this time with the link so they can put their spandex email on it @Accountwarehouse @video

 

Following their request on this thread, I supplied them with the URL so they can secure the account and I have received an email back saying they’ve secured it. To summarise:

An account I sold to AccountWarehouse was locked. They accused me from the get go of committing fraud and recovering the account.

I was upset with the accusations and the way their customer spoke to me, so I secured the account onto my email, and for a short period of time did feel like keeping the account and removed the bank pin. This expires 11am GMT

After talking further with their customer I had a change of heart and discussed with their customer about giving him the account back but not without further investigation which led me here, where an admin has kindly confirmed Jagex locked the account and not me.

Beware of account warehouse. They will threaten you and accuse you of committing fraud even when they don’t know if you actually have or not.

 

The customer has the account back I’ve had email from the customer and ACW, can you post here please @Accountwarehouse so we can close this

 

AWH told me on discord this was resolved
