Explanation of trade: Bought a staking account off him for 90m 07
Amount Scammed: 90m 07
How they scammed: I payed him the full 90m after getting an onsite PM proving it was his real account, account worked fine for a while but i tried again now and he has claimed back the account(the email i set it to is no longer registered to an account)

I am putting in a response because I was linked this report. I wasn't even aware that I had a report filed against me. I am going to state here that I didn't recovery the account nor did I change the email on the account. I was also not the OO of the account which I stated on my for sale thread at the time which a mod would be able to verify. Proving that an email is no longer linked to an account doesn't prove that I recovered it or changed the email as they could've just changed the email themselves.

 

I am trying to figure out why I have a DNT placed on me when zero evidence that I recovered the account has been submitted. The fact that the email was "changed" doesn't prove that I am the one that did it and that the user didn't do it themselve. I am not responsible for anything once that account is sold. TheDang is the OO of the account.

 

As I stated I am not the OO, and there has still been 0 proof presented that I changed the email address and that the user didn't do it themselves.

 

Proof that the account was purchased via thedang. I can provide discord messages if needed as well. @Pikachu

 

I would just like to say that the person in this dispute was on today and has not given any response to what you've asked for. I was given a DNT after not responding and I wasn't even aware the dispute was open. I would like to counter dispute against Obsidack for lying about the account being recovered and trying to slander my name in an attempt to get 90m I've given you all the proof you've needed @Pikachu So I am requesting the user is placed with a DNT until they provide the proof you've asked for just as I was.

 

Good observation @Lorenzo , and im sorry about that, I was very busy getting an assignment done due in that day so I didnt have time to respond.

May I add that I did not realize it was happening at the time, as I was not using the account and the email set to it is not signed in on my phone so I do not get notifications, I only realized recently when I attempted to use it again. Thanks

 

So you're wanting us to believe that it got recovered and changed 4 days after I sold you the account and you're just reporting it now. There is no way that anyone is going to believe that. What a joke. Stop trying to frame people and get free cash. Look at the dates Pikachu. It's obvious the user is doing it themselves and it's a frame job. @Pikachu Also the user in the original post makes it seem as if this had happened recently and that they had been using the account for a while, now they're trying to claim it happened 4 days after I sold it to them.

 

I dont know, I was planning on buying it and then selling it later. I dont know if that means anything, all I know is that i dont have the account any more
