Explanation of the trade:
Paid a 900m 07 rank and they took it for shit I didn't commit.

Amount scammed:
900m 07 (700m total)

How they scammed:
Basically I was pmed by a guy if I could do a 250m 07 bet, which is x5 my overmax and I said yes but didn't actually do the bet. I just said I would just to be nice, but I really wouldn't.

In return, they took my rank without any warning or whatsoever, or for whatever bullshit this is. Taking away my 450$ for something I didn't commit is definitely a bullshit and a scam.

BTW, just so y'all know, Elite Ranks will randomly msg hosts asking you a bunch of weird shit luring you into getting deranked so they get the money off of you.

I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF A NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY SO IF THEY WANT TO TAKE MY RANK BACK, THEY SHOULD REFUND ME DEDUCTING THE GP I OWE WHICH IS 200m OSRS.

I wasn't trained at all nor had to figure things out all by myself. Lmfao

So 900-200 07 = 700m 07 is what they scammed from me basically.

It's either they give my rank back, and that I'd pay a punishment fee for it or they no longer will have me as a host, and give me my 700m 07. That's my deal.

You see I paid 450 bucks and they basically got free money off of me for something I didn't commit at all.

we agreed to nothing when i paid for rank i was just told to pay for it and started working without formal training or whatsoever. everything was figured out by myself

 

If there is no agreement that specifically mentions a refund policy then you are out of luck. Owner's of clans such as Elite Ranks are allowed to remove ranks or status whenever they want for any reason they want. Without any sort of agreement protecting you in this situation then the report is closed.
