issue: I am selling him 24M for 14.4 usd through bitcoin. We agreed and he sent me the bitcoins with a fee so low that it is basically never going to get a confirmation (and havn't for the past 20 hours under a normal state bitcoin network). I talked to him about it and if he would could sent me a new payment with a higher fee and he refused, saying he already sent me the bitcoins. To me this doesn't count as sending anything as this is never going to get confirmed and is going to be returned in 2 weeks. It is basically the same as not sending it at all. I am not sure what to do in this situation as he already got the RSGP and his payment is going to be delayed for weeks.

 

Looks like it has 4 confirmations and will be completing very soon.
