Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :
All accounts sells gamertags.
All accounts has 1996 date of birth.
( which also links up with @BEAST )

Weekday is very clearly involved in the name sales market but also still has involvement in gamertags as seen below (HIS "LAST GAMERTAG"):
