Explain the service: I paid 165M for a fresh level 3 to barrows gloves, all stats and quests included. Deal was I pay 82.5M first and after he hits 90 QP (halfway) I pay the other half.

Proof that the service was not completed: All screenshots are below. He told me it'd be hand done as I did not want it botted. This account was a brand new fresh level 3 account and only he has touched it so nobody else could have botted it as I created it to get this service. The account is now permanently banned. I have blanked out sensitive info such as RSN and login info but can provide to mods if necessary.

As you can see, he sent me a progress report after the first day but didn't on the 2nd day (because he got it banned).

As the account was a fresh level 3 I did not lose anything but the 82.5M paid. I would like a full refund of this as he did not complete the service and also lied about it being hand done when it was botted. He should also get a TWC for lying to customers.

Appreciate the fact that you are coming forward and admitting your own mistakes. Unfortunately we won't be able to honor your requests here because the donation money goes towards Richard himself so he would have to refund out of his own pocket and if we start allowing such requests, things will get out of hands pretty quickly. As for the miniranks, they usually go towards auction. Take as much time as you need but you will have to refund Balboa his 82.5m 07 he paid for the services if you want to have that DNT removed.

@gr1me I am disappointed as I placed trust in you and you told me it'd be hand done. As I said, this was a fresh account so I didn't lose out on anything but the 82.5M I paid. I would like to have a full refund of this and we can then leave this in the past and move forward. Not here to get you banned or ruin your reputation, providing a refund is given.

 

I have came to an agreement with @gr1me

The agreement: He does not have to repay the 82.5M 07GP I paid for the service under these conditions. He has to take a brand new fresh level 3 account from scratch up to barrows gloves - all skills and quests included, by hand. After he has completed that, we wait 3 days to ensure there are no botting bans. After the 3 days, I pay him the 2nd half of the payment, 82.5M, totalling to 165M total for the original service and he can have his DNT removed AFTER completion of service + another 3 days.

@Zero let me know if this works and I can send him a new account.

Discussed this with Balboa and can confirm he is allowing me a chance to do this again. If admins are okay with this I will do this service as quoted above.

 

You may proceed with the new deal, if that's what Balboa want. The DNT will remain until the service is completed and the report will stay opened as well until the order is finalized. I will make a group chat on discord so we can all stay on the same page and @gr1me will provide us daily updates.

He's currently completing a new order as we agreed above. Said it will take up to 7 days, Zero is in a Discord chat with us where he's keeping us updated. After he finishes the order, were waiting another 3 days on top to ensure of no bans, then Zero said he will close this as resolved but will remain DNT until then.

This report has been resolved. OP was found ban evading and recently changed the password of the account @gr1me has been working on for the past week. I'm terribly sorry for how things turned out and again, thank you for your cooperation during the last few days. I've requested your DNT to be removed.
