Explanation of the trade: Sky agreed to get me 900 pest control points and train 55-69 slayer for me. This was on Wednesday, we agreed to terms and I paid him 75m osrs gp.
How they scammed: It has been 5 days and Sky has not even logged on to my account. I've pmed him 5x in the last day and half with no response and asking for a refund. So no work has been done and he's basically run off with my money.

You messaged him quite a few times within that short time span, however it worries me that @Sky has been online, and ignored your messages (from what I can see), and that Skype ID is a match, therefore I've DNT'd him for now as a precaution until he responds here.

A couple questions I currently have are:
1) Was any time-frame given for the completion of the order?
2) You state that "I ended up losing my bank like an idiot and need to pay back a friend". Did you log on during the service, and take away the supplies for the order? Or did you lose your bank (aside from what has been provided for the order)?

@Sky Can you provide some insight here?

 

1. time frame given for completion was 2 weeks. He said he would start Friday, then said he would get void done today.
2. I did not have any supplies on the account he was supposed to work on out of fear of something like this. I geared up the account so it could do pc, then I said I would put 20m of my own money on the account for slayer supplies upon completion of the void.

 

Can you provide proof of this?

The time of which he has been emssaging me was 2-4 am in the morning, I can refund him obviously.

Timeframe was 2 weeks which everything is easily achieved in that time - he requested a refund as he staked all his money away.

I've been working which I told him before I even took the payment to which he said wasn't a problem.

I will refund him as soon as I am on my computer later on although the mass messaging at ridiculous times and then this report although I am currently in the timeframe is not necessary

 

He told you there was a possibility he could get a majority of the job done within the next few days, however he also stated how it could take longer due to work, etc, which is why the time-frame was 2 weeks to begin with (which you we're fine with). The time-frame is still 2 weeks, and it's only been 3-4 days? However I'm uncertain as to why he came on Sythe earlier, but never responded to you on Skype (as far as I can see).

 

Also would like to note it has been 2 days since payment was took and void takes 1 day and slayer not even close to the 2 weeks timeframe given.

Everything was said beforehand that I do work IRL too and being called into work where I can't use my phone during work.

There's still 11/12 days available for this order to be completed
