Explanation of the trade: I was purchasing 40m osrs gold from him for bitcoin.
How they scammed: Tutu refused to deliver the gold to me (and provided no reason) and has still not refunded the money to me. Even if he refunds the money to me, which he hasn't yet, he is refusing to cover the fee that I lost which equates to about ($3.50). He needs to refund the full amount + the fee.

It seems to me he was also trying to scam me by having me stake money against his account that had odds on me.

Basically user wanted and agreed to buying 40m via my method of 2x 20ms stakes when arriving to collect the gold he decided he didn't want to put up any money which I won't do so I am refunding the money to his wallet address minus the 0.0001 fee.

Currently waiting on poloniex email to come through to confirm the withdrawal.

 

@Tutu please deliver the gold to @Offizier he has agreed to do an even stake for transferring

 

I'd like to proceed with the report. It has been over 40 minutes since @Tutu told me he sent the BTC, which he hasn't. He isn't responding on Skype and doesn't seem interested in paying me.

 

@video I don't want to trade with the user anymore I will be refunding him his BTC and the fee of 0.0001 as soon as poloniex sends confirmation email. Theres nothing I can do to speed that up @Offizier

 

The fee was not .0001, it was .00111756. I sent .014099 and the total after the fee was .01521656 BTC. You are responsible for paying back that amount since you are unwilling to deliver the gold.

It has been over an hour since you said that you sent it and you haven't. You need to compensate me or someone needs to DNT/ban you. You have my money and I never received what I paid for. You've been given more than enough time.
