I'm not really sure what screenshots I can put down but if a mod can advise me I can find anything relevant that they request.
I can say that the account has now been recovered by someone other than me and the password changed. This can be confirmed by the fact when I try to login to recover it, I no longer see "Account is locked" I see "Invalid email or password".

I'll be happy to provide any evidence but in this case I'll need to know what to supply.

Again I didn't want this to happen or have this turn into any sort of argument but I guess it has to. I'd like to reply in this post to the counter that chloe has made.
She claims that either a friend has recovered it. Impossible if I couldn't, I spent 2 weeks on the account and had no chance in recovery even when it was reviewed by two mods.

To add to that there was no massive change in IP's it was barely 50 Miles. We both are located in the UK and I expressed that point in my ticket that I just moved but still nothing worked. I got no reply on twitter over a large amount of time and over the 50+ tweets only a few were replied to.

The account wasn't banned so I don't know why shes referring to that but recovered back. If I couldn't how could a friend of mine do it? I was told once before (1 week after it was originally locked) that the original owner requested a lock. I refused to believe it and had the thread locked because I trusted in chloe but then this happened. I could've saved myself a large amount of time over this.

I don't want to ruin her business but I don't want others falling prey to such things either so please contact me or post here and I can provide anything.

 

Where's the original buying thread? If she states she was't the first owner, and it's not her IP I really can't do much. Account sales are sketchy and I hate them.

But she seems to have edited it as sold so not sure if you can do much about that. The owners were mainly her partner/boyfriend and she says shes used it before. She was definitely the one who sold it to me and as per her thread that she has created its not locked at this current moment. If they had previously asked for it to be locked so that they could just unlock it themselves later then they could lock it again and claim this is all a lie.

BUT at this current moment its password has been changed as the password i used to log into it using the client earlier would give me the message saying its locked but now it says that its an invalid password.

You know, this is why I hate runefag account sales.

You can't prove that she recovered it without an IP match. It could have been anyone. Maybe you gave the details to someone and they recovered it. Maybe you locked it yourself. I'm not accusing you of anything, but nobody can prove that these didn't happen.

She can't prove that she didn't recover it, or that there weren't other owners, etc. etc.

Without concrete evidence of anything, I'm afraid this is going nowhere.

Also, I really doubt a $200 donor and high market runefag would recover that account.

 

Well thats just wonderful, this is why it probably happened, knowing your immune to things like this you can just keep on doing them.
I'm just saying to think about it logically lol if I couldn't recover it at all it rules out anyone I know recovering it all together. Roary agreed that the original owner recovered it but even I'm lost as to what happened. I did internally fear that it could happen after I read about it lol.

Any way I could get an IP match or anything to confirm what went on? I can get proof from the email that I could never recover it, then would love to know how it could just automatically get recovered after I asked for it but received no word telling me it had been recovered.

I got it around 94 magic or something and the runes and crap spent on that idc about but whats left on there I'd like back and if it was chloe some sort of just punishment. Knew account sales were a recovery problem but listen to her whole argument, she claims that if it gets banned it's got nothing to do with her but when I did ask to get it recovered they convinced me against it, then when I asked the second time I got no reply but miraculously 4 days later the password was changed and it was unlocked.

You must admit something is definitely fishy.

 

As far as the IP match, if you provide proof of the IP that last logged on (Does RS still do that?) I can look it up.

 

Don't think that's possible without access to account so then unless someone can tell me how to do it id try. I'd ask jagex but they wouldn't tell me let alone reply lol

 

I thought I'd already finished this, apparently not.
