okay i had given him a 195 dollar MoneyPak for 575m RSGP he said he will only deliver me 182m gold because he saw there was a charge back on his site for 118 dollars the person who did the charge back was my brother and it was not we are completely different people and i should not be punished for this i did not even know this has happened me and my brother dont even live in the same house but we have the same last name of course and im using the same RSN i can provide proof of different identity showing i am not my brother.
