Reset password ' need authentication

Thanks reset password and can log on. There's an authenticator that was set which I can't get passed. Can I get that disabled so I can set my own up? Thanks

Hi I do not longer use Skype, as far as I'm aware, the hacker used my Skype too when doing the scams too, so he probably was the last one to have the details as I didn't use that Skype anymore around the time it taken place, I have messaged you on discord, please please please try and help me resolve this ASAP I need some quests doing haha
