Research Project

Alright well in my school we do a year long research project. It has to be somewhat science related but that doesn't really limit the options, you have to be able to obtain numerical data from the project, and because i'm a senior i have to be doing something more advanced. For example, last year my group did a project on luminol (its used in homemade glow sticks) and saw how the amount of catalyst (chemical that speeds up the reaction) affected the intensity of the glow. Me and my group are having a very hard time coming up with anything to do so I'm hoping one of the creative minds on sythe can help me out.

 

Maybe something to do with bacteria? How a certain amount of heat on the bacteria results in different rates of growth?

 

do a project on distilling NaCl from water, conduct the process, and the speed that the water without saturated table salt comes out.
