Requesting Web anonymizer

Im currently looking for a good web anonymizer to browse forums with.

I found some good forums - but they block all uk ips - and hidemyass is ueseless.
I need one that sends and recieves wuick - and is free.

and whats so funny? its a prevention against jagex cos the owner of the forums got a letter from jagex with a court thing.
