Requesting TWC for MrLuckyDraw

Obviously, he owes me 100$ in the next 6 hours. Since then, I have noticed a couple of suspicious things regarding MrLuckyDraw.

1] There has been a scam report saying he has "scammed mills"
2] He has suddenly given a "large discount" on an account he is selling. This suggests he could be attempting a scamming spree as he knows he is going to get banned (Assuming he won't pay me)

I could be wrong, but after all, it's only trade with caution.
