Requesting OMM thread banner

Looking for a new banner. No specifics required except for I would like it to be colorful, animated, and have a central RS figure with a partyhat on. The animated text I would like to say the following:

Plznate's Official Middlemanning Service! (across the top, doesnt fade out)
Then flashing in different areas I would like:

Official Middleman!
500+ vouches!
User Educator!
Extremely active (4k+ posts)!
High value donor!

etc. If anyone is interested I tend to pay pretty fairly for good work, willing to pay $10 and a pin for whoever is willing to make me a sexy banner. Add one of my MSNs or PM me ; )
